Terms

Access is by invitation. These terms are the public statement of how the software is offered. They are not a substitute for a signed order form.

• You may use Butler Finance only for the tenant you were invited to.
• Official numbers come from the engine, acknowledged mapping, and approved plan or forecast assumptions. Chat is not an official record.
• You remain responsible for source files, mapping acknowledgments, and any export you confirm.
• The software is provided as-is for a design-partner / invite product. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service on this page.
• Do not use Butler to post journals, pay vendors, run payroll, or file with a regulator. Those actions are not licensed here.
• We may suspend a tenant that abuses the service or puts other tenants at risk.

Governing law and liability caps, if any, live in a signed agreement. None are invented here.
